Holidays

<aside> 💁 Legal holidays (20 holidays, 12 ADV days and 10 bank holidays) cannot be transferred to the next year and will be paid out in December.

Payflip days cannot be transferred to the next year and will not be paid out in December.

Remote working

As a main rule, you can work from anywhere you want. There is no need to inform anyone if you are working from home (except if you planned a physical meeting of course).

Exceptions:

<aside> ❗ Exception 1: One exception is during the community day. At the community day, all the company members come to the offices to work together.

<aside> ❗ Exception 2: Longer periods of working remote (such as working from Berlin/Amsterdam/Madrid) should be posted in the Slack channel #hr-people.

<aside> ❗ Exception 3: We generally accept that anyone can work from anywhere. However, considering the practical difficulties with customer-facing roles, Payflip requires a maximum time zone difference of -2 or +2 hours. We strive to increase this in the future.
