It’s the COACH’s responsibility to nominate someone for the promotion committee. This should be done:
The coach indicates the nomination in the relevant performance review cycle sheet in Google Drive.
For a person to be able to be reviewed for the promotion committee, at least 2 persons should indicate that they strongly think that ****the impact of the person is above their current level:
During the performance review, all reviewers need to assess whether the employee in question receives a promotion.
When both the coach and the person in question believe that the impact of the person is above their current level, the person in question is nominated for the promotion committee.
The promotion committee consists of the 3 founders and the coach of the person in question.
